Kelvin Song

Kelvin is currently Vice President of Strategic Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions in a Singapore-listed company. He has led or been involved in corporate finance and corporate restructuring activities across a wide spectrum of industries. With over 15 years of experience in various roles with corporates, investment banking and accounting firms, Kelvin works closely with key stakeholders to evaluate, structure and execute strategic investments, divestments as well as financing transactions in public and private markets.Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University. He is also a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA Singapore), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA). Kelvin currently serves as a member of the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore’s (IVAS’s) Professional Development Working Group. He has been awarded the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) by Institute for Adult Learning (IAL).
