Course Description

This session will explore effective strategies for translating organizational ambitions into actionable climate transition plans. Net zero targets now cover over two-thirds of global emissions and GDP,  yet the path to achieving these goals remains unclear. This is why transition planning is gaining increasing attention among regulators and is set to become the next key evolution.

Directors will learn how to translate their climate ambitions into actionable plans aligned with global standards such as the Transition Plan Taskforce (TPT) disclosure framework and International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) standards. Directors will also gain insights into structuring governance frameworks to support transition planning, addressing key challenges, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Additionally, we will share practical case studies from our experience working with clients to develop and implement successful transition plans.

The session aims to equip directors with the knowledge to drive credible climate disclosure and action, and preparing for the next wave of climate-related reporting.
